We walk our talk so we understand you.

Helping you to have the NDIS work for you — not the other way around

About Us

Founded by Sue Dymond, SD Connect was built from lived experience, deep compassion, and years of advocating within the disability sector. As the mother of a daughter with disability, Sue understands both the challenges families face and the importance of support that is honest, practical, empowering, and truly person-centred.

At SD Connect, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live their best life — with dignity, respect, choice, and genuine support.

We call ourselves Support Coordinators, but we are so much more.

The only things we ask of you is that you are an active part of the solution, and that is in whatever capacity you are able to provide at the time.

Our Values

Every person deserves to be heard, respected, and included.

Value one

Families and participants should fully understand their plans, choices, and rights.

Value two

Support should adapt to the individual — not the other way around.

Value three

Honest guidance builds confidence and independence.

Value four

Community, connection, and advocacy matter.

Meet the Team

A passionate, person-centred team dedicated to empowering people with disability and their families through honest guidance, practical support, and genuine community connection.
